Shipping Policy

DELIVERY CHARGES


Delivery charges (worldwide) are included in the price of the artwork.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES


Order processing takes between 5-7 working days. Delivery time depends on the shipping destination, please allow up to 7 working days after dispatch for delivery within the UK, and up to 15 working days for worldwide deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided with an estimated delivery date.

 

LOCAL IMPORT TAXES


Once your order reaches its destination it may be subject to local import taxes and other customs fees. It is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and customs fees.

Return & Refund Policy

REFUNDS


To be eligible for a refund, you will have to initiate the return within 14 days from the date of delivery and the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. Upon receipt of the returned artwork, the artwork will be inspected and you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. Kindly note that it can take up to 10 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer's policies) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that return shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS


If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a return and I will be unable to offer you a refund. The cost of returning the artwork will be your responsibility.

RETURNS PROCESS


When returning the artwork, please opt for a secure trackable signed for delivery service and keep your proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for returns that have been damaged or lost in transit. You will be liable for the return shipping and insurance costs. You must return the artwork in its original condition and packaging, securely wrapped, including all accompanying certificates received with the order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at team@beeart.gallery

DAMAGES


In the event of the artwork arriving damaged in any way during delivery, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have delivery company mark the package as ‘received damaged’. Immediately report the damage during delivery by sending an email to team@beeart.gallery including photographic evidence of the damage to artwork and packaging and details of your actions.

CANCELLATIONS


If you would like to cancel your order, please email me at team@beeart.gallery as soon as possible to notify me that you wish to cancel. If your order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
